How to use

  • Classic Mutton or Chicken Qorma: Marinate your meat in curd, ginger-garlic paste, and this Shahi Qorma Masala. Slow-cook with browned onions and ghee for a rich, velvety curry perfect for festive dinners or family feasts.

  • Veg Qorma: Replace meat with paneer, soya chunks, or mushrooms. Simmer with the masala in a yoghurt-based gravy to create an aromatic and hearty vegetarian alternative that doesn’t compromise on flavour.
