Bharwan Tava Fry Masala – For Perfectly Spiced Stuffed & Tawa-Fried Veggies

Create delicious, homestyle stuffed and tawa-fried vegetables with our Bharwan Tava Fry Masala, a rich and aromatic blend crafted to bring out authentic North Indian flavours. Ideal for bharwan bhindi, stuffed karela, tindora, capsicum, baingan, and tawa-fried potatoes, this masala adds depth, warmth, and a perfectly balanced tang.

Ingredients

Pomegranate seeds, Pink salt, Turmeric, Coriander, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin

How to use

For stuffed veggies:
Mix the masala with a little oil or water to form a paste. Fill it into bhindi, baingan, karela, capsicum, tindora or any vegetable of choice. Cook on a tawa or kadhai until tender and golden.

For tawa-fried sabzis:
Sprinkle the masala directly over semi-cooked vegetables like potatoes, bhindi, or paneer and sauté on low flame to enhance flavour and colour.

For everyday cooking:
Add 1–2 teaspoons to gravies, dry sabzis, or stir-fries to give a spiced, homestyle bharwan-style kick.

As a finishing touch:
Drizzle a spoon of masala at the end for extra aroma and depth.
